II MINUTES Regular Town Board: December 18, 2024 III PUBLIC HEARING 1. Public Hearing regarding the use of CDBG-CV Grant Funding. IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON OLD BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* V OLD BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve Change Order #2 to our Contract with Edbauer Construction for the Lakeview Avenue Reconstruction Project. 2. Town Board to approve the payment of $3,000 for the deposit for foundation load calculations for the Salt/Topsoil Storage Structures. This amount will be refunded with the actual material order in the future. 3. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the amendment for the Snow Removal and Ice Control agreement 2022-2025 with Erie County. VI PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VII NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to accept a donation from the Senior Activity Council for exercise equipment. 2. Town Board to appoint Part Time Public Safety Dispatcher. 3. Town Board to approve a Budget amendment for 2025 Wage Increase.  4. Town Board to approve an adjustment to the 2025 Non-Union Salary & Wage Schedule. 5. Town Board to approve an advertisement for Bids for a “2018 or Newer Western Star 4700 Cab and Chassis with Stellar hook lift or equal”. 6. Town Board to approve the Special Event Gril Mato 5K. 7. Town Board to approve the appointment of part time Seasonal staff for the Orchard Park Recreation Staff. 8. Town Board to authorize advertisement for the vacant Junior Civil Engineer positions of the OP Engineering Department. 9. Town Board to approve the Map Plan and Report for the Burton Road Water District Extension #17-4 and authorize the scheduling of a public hearing. 10. Town Board to approve the presented Site Plan for 3856 Taylor Road, located on the west side of Taylor Road, south of Southwestern Blvd. Zoned I-1 (SBL# 161.00-5-31), and grant a Building Permit for the purpose to construct a 50-ft. x 240-ft. Office/Warehouse Building, upon 1.3 acres, per the plan received on 3/28/2024, based on conditions and stipulations. 11. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing regarding the Rezoning of 10 Cobham Drive, located in the Krog Industrial Center, Zoned I-1. 12. Town Board to approve the appointment of a temporary part-time clerk in the Planning Department. 13. Town Board to approve the Chief of Police’s salary and benefit changes.
