Town Board to authorize the current members of the Board of Assessment Review to select a chairperson for the year 2025. 2. Town Board to appoint Assessor Nancy Kenlon. 3. Town Board to approve pay rate for Dave Holland. 4. Town Board to approve the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Orchard Park Police. 5. Town Board to approve the Supervisor to sign the Orchard Park White Collar Unit Agreement. 6. Town Board to approve Senior Van funding. 7. Town Board to approve pay rate adjustment for Margaret Sanna. 8. Town Board to appoint Laborer to Highway Department. 9. Town Board to approve the Chief of Police’s salary and benefit changes.  10. Town Board to approve the Allergy Awareness Action 5K. 11. Town Board to approve the purchase of a 2018 Western Star 4700 Cab and Chassis with a Stellar Hook Lift for the Special Districts Department. 12. Town Board to approve the purchase of a 2025 Freightliner 108SD Plus Chassis for the Highway Department. 13. Town Board to approve the Cash & Check receipt policy for the Recreation Department. 14. Town Board to approve a pay rate adjustment for Michelle Faust in the Records Management Office. 15. Town Board to approve appointment of Assistant Civil Engineer 16. Town Board to authorize the advertisement in the Orchard Park Bee for sealed bids for the Orchard Park Multi-Use Maintenance Facility Salt & Topsoil Storage Barns. 17. Town Board to authorize the advertisement in the Orchard Park Bee for sealed bids for the Orchard Park Little League Baseball Diamond Fencing Project at the Thorn Avenue/Duerr Road Facility. 18. Town Board to approve the Out-of-District Sewer Service Agreement between Orchard Park Sewer District No. 18 and Cornell Cooperative Extension for the Educational Facility & Agricultural Campus on Burton. Road. 19. Town Board to authorize the advertising and calling for a Civil Service Exam for the Position of Assistant Civil Engineer.
