II MINUTES Regular Town Board: May 21, 2025 III PUBLIC HEARING 1. Public Hearing regarding the rezoning of 125+/- acres of land located west of Transit Rd. and north of Jewett Holmwood Road, Lexington Heights (Birdsong Parts 4 & 5), Zoned R-1, a portion of SBL#173.04-2-25.11, requesting to rezone from R-1 to R-1 with a Conservation Management Overlay. IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON OLD BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* V OLD BUSINESS 1. Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release to Oak Orchard Development, LLC the $500 held in escrow for street lighting completion in the Riley Meadows West Subdivision Phase 3 PIP #2023-03. 2. Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release to Oak Orchard Development, LLC the $10,000 held in escrow for street lighting completion in the Riley Meadows West Subdivision Phase 4 PIP #2023-01. 3. Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release to Forbes Homes, Inc the $5,000 held in escrow for planting trees in the Cul-de-sac in the Birdsong Part 3B Phase 2B Subdivision PIP #2024-03. 4. Town Board to approve Change Order #1 to our Contract with Ground Breaking Solutions for the Berg Road Pump Station Replacement Project.  5. Town Board to approve Change Order #3 to our Contract with Greenauer Blacktop Inc. for the OPLL 90 ft Baseball Diamond Thorn/Duerr Road Facility-Earthwork Contract. Town Board to approve the Community Activity Center Playground Protection – Bollard Installation Project. 3. Town Board to approve the appointment of Summer Seasonal staff to the Orchard Park Recreation Department. 4. Town Board to approve the change of status for Gary Fisher and Alex Melendez in the Maintenance Department. 5. Town Board to approve the appointment of Quinn Hanlon as a laborer in the Orchard Park Special Districts/Drainage Department. 6. Town Board to adopt the resolutions per the Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Comprehensive Action Plan Requirements —Tasking of Public Safety Committee to improve safety between vehicle and pedestrian traffic. 7. Town Board approve appointment for Senior Engineer Assistant position for the Orchard Park Engineering Department.
