Town Board to approve the final change order/final payment and authorize release of retention for the Lakeview Avenue Reconstruction Project to Edbauer Construction, Corporation. V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VI NEW BUSINESS 1 Town Board to approve the appointment of a part-time Digitization and Preservation Clerk. 2 Town Board to approve the promotion of a Police Lieutenant. 3. Town Board to approve a laborer appointment to Orchard Park’s Special District/Drainage Department. 4. Town Board to approve the correction of the Planning Board Public Hearing fee. 5. Town Board to approve award contract to Greenauer Company for the Orchard Park Little Loop 90' Baseball Diamond Fencing Project at Thorn Avenue/Duerr Road Facility. 6. Authorize the release 40% of the retainage to L&O Mechanical Contractors for the Multi-Use Maintenance Fuel Facility Project.  7. Town Board to approve a Budget Amendment regarding the Comprehensive Plan Update. 8. Town Board to refer the following to the Conservation Board for review and recommendation:  V/L Ellicott Road, located on the south side of 5196 Ellicott Road, Zoned A-1 (SBL# 185.05- 3-3). Mr. Lawrence Bochen, would like to renew his Conservation Easement on 10 acres of land for 30 additional years.
