Town Board to approve Change Order #2 to our contract with L&O Mechanical Contractors for the Multi-Use Maintenance Fuel Facility Project. V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VI NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to appoint Oakley Adams as a part time employee at the Community Activity Center. 2. Town Board to appoint Mark Young as a part time employee in the Maintenance Department at the Community Center. 3. Town Board to appoint a part time Dog Control Officer. 4. Town Board to authorize advertisement for the Town of Orchard Park 2025 Acquisition of Trash & Recycling Carts Direct from Manufacturer. 5. Town Board to accept the bid from Five Star Equipment for a 2021 John Deere 333G rubber tire skid steer loader. 6. Town Board to approve a block party permit. 7. Town Board to approve the 50 Yard Finish 5K & Kids Fun Run on September 12, 2025.  8. Town Board to approve Excavation, Removal and Storage of Material Permit #2025-01 for fill and grading of SBL# 153.11-2-16, 7435 Michael Road for additional yard development. 9. Town Board to approve a Change in Use for 3716 North Buffalo Road. 10. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning Board and Erie County Department of Environment and Planning:  4956 & 4968 Chestnut Ridge Road, V/L northwesterly corner of Armor Duells and Chestnut Ridge Roads, Zoned B-2. Miranda Holdings, Inc. is requesting a “Special Exception Use Permit” to operate a Drive-through Service Facility.
