notified, please move in a calm and orderly fashion to the nearest exits”.
If anyone appearing before the Town Board has a family, financial or business relationship with any member of the
Board, it is incumbent upon that person to make it known under State Law and the Town Code of Ethics.
Anyone attending a Town Board meeting or work session should review Chapter 85 of the town code for rules of
decorum regarding Public Meetings.

III PUBLIC HEARING
1. Public Hearing regarding proposed Local Law “Authorizing Real Property Tax Exemption for
Volunteer Firefighters and Volunteer Ambulance Service Workers”
2. Public Hearing regarding the possible use of 2026-2027 Community Development Block Grant
Funds.

V OLD BUSINESS
1. Town Board to authorize a change order to the 2025 Brush Collection Contract to extend the
contract to November 30, 2025.
2. Town Board to reconvene Public Hearing regarding V/L 4956 & 4968 Chestnut Ridge Road,
located on the northwest corner of Armor Duells & Chestnut Ridge Roads, Zoned B-2. Miranda
Holdings, Inc. is requesting a “Special Exception Use Permit” be granted to operate a Drive-
through Service Facility for a proposed Tim Hortons, which was left open on 7/3/2024.

VII NEW BUSINESS
1. Town Board to approve the Supervisor to sign the Letter of Authorization for Erie County Real
Property Tax Unpaid Items.
2. Town Board to authorize the supervisor to sign Command Officers Collective Bargaining
Agreement.
3. Town Board to award contract to Modern Disposal Services Incorporated for the Collection,
Hauling, & Disposal of Mixed Municipal Waste & White Goods and Collection, Hauling &
Processing of Recyclables.
4. Town Board to approve the Wayland Wicked 5K Run.
5. Town Board to approve a Stadium Commercial Parking Permit.
6. Town Board to approve the appointment of part time Seasonal staff to the Recreation Department.
7. Town Board to approve a Stable Permit.
8. Town Board to authorize the purchase of a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD 4WD Double Cab
Work Truck outfitted with a Reading SL ST 98 Utility Body.
9. Town Board approve Mexico City Buffalo Food Truck.
10. Town Board to grant a 21-day reprieve from enforcement actions related to election sign placement.
11. Town Board approve appointment of a full-time Clerk Typist II to the Engineering Department.
12. Town Board to approve the appointment of a Police Officer to the Orchard Park Police Department.
13. Town Board to approve the appointment of a full-time Public Safety Dispatcher.
14. Town Board to approve a Site Plan and authorize a Building Permit for a pole barn at 2881
Southwestern Boulevard, located on the south side of Southwestern Boulevard, west of Angle
Road, 3.69-Acres, Zoned B-2, (SBL#153.06-2-3) as recommended by the Planning Board.
15. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing for December 3, 2025 at 7:00pm (local time) regarding
3715 Southwestern Boulevard, south side of Southwestern Boulevard, west of Taylor Road,
Zoned I-1. Mr. Joseph DeMarco Jr. is requesting a “Special Exception Use Permit” for a Legal
Cannabis Dispensary. (SBL #161.00-5-29).
