Town Board to approve the excavation, removal and storage of Material Permit #2021-02 for residential property 5497 Dennis Road to construct a pond. 2. Town Board to approve Change Order #1 to our contract with Fairway Contracting for the Bussendorfer Waterline Replacement Project. 3. Town Board to approve Recreation Department appointments for 2022 part-time Spring and Summer Staff. 4. Town Board to approve the appointment of Robert Rendon to the position of Assistant Code Enforcement Officer II in the Building Department effective May 9, 2022. 5. Town Board to authorize the supervisor to sign the Parks & Grounds agreement with the Orchard Park Little League. 6. Town Board to authorize the supervisor to sign the Parks & Grounds agreement with the Orchard Park Soccer Club.  7. Town Board to approve a Budget Amendment for the Tree Inventory and Management Plan. 8. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning & Conservation Boards for review and recommendation:  V/L Southwestern Boulevard, located at the northeast corner of Southwestern Boulevard and South Benzing Road, Zoned I-1. West Herr Automotive Group is proposing to develop a 37,198 +/- sq. ft. automobile dealership (SBL# 161.06-2-9).
