Town Board to authorize the Town Attorney to proceed with dedication of the public improvements in the Birdsong Part 3B Subdivision under PIP #202102 and authorize the Town Clerk to release the performance security in the amount of $205,000. 2. Town Board to approve an extension of time for our contract with Matt Kolo Excavating Company for the Orchard Park Community Center Bocce Ball Court Project. V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VI NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve compensation for Public Safety Dispatcher. 2. Town Board to approve the appointment of James Kuberka to the position of Maintenance and Set- up Attendant. 3. Town Board to approve the issuance of a purchase order for a 2024 Model Year Freightliner 114SD Cab & Chassis. 4. Town Board to approve the issuance of a purchase order for purchase and installation of an Everest 12 Ft Stainless Steel Dump Body and Plow System.  5. Town Board to approve the issuance of a purchase order for a 2023 Model HV607 SBA International Cab & Chassis with a Brush Hawg Grapple loader with a 20 foot dump body. 6. Town Board to approve the Budget Transfer for IT 2023. 7. Town Board to refer the following item to the Planning Board for review and recommendation:  3859 Sheldon Road, located on the South Side of Sheldon Road, West of Abbott Road, Zoned R-3 and B-2. Applicant is requesting approval to operate a Short Term Rental at this site.
