II MINUTES Regular Town Board: February 1, 2022 III PUBLIC HEARING 1. Public Hearing regarding Town Wide Stormwater Management District and Drainage District Consolidation. IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON OLD BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* V OLD BUSINESS 1. Town Board to authorize the scheduling of a Public Hearing for the Orchard Park Town Wide Stormwater Management District and Drainage District Consolidation at the March 15, 2023 Town Board meeting. IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VII NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to appoint 2023 part time staff for the Orchard Park Recreation Department. 2. Town Board to appoint Christopher Barnard to the position of Police Officer. 3. Town Board to approve a Mobile Food Vending Permit for Buffalo Brothers Dogs and Catering. 4. Town Board to address the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act.  5. Town Board to approve the Opposition to the proposed Ban on Natural Gas Heating and Appliances in New York State. 6. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning Board for review:  3715 Southwestern Boulevard, located on the south side of Southwestern Boulevard, west of Taylor Road. Joseph DeMarco Jr. is requesting a Special Exception Use Permit to allow a Drive-through, Zoned I-1. (SBL#161.00-5-29) 7. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning and Conservation Boards for review:  3715 Southwestern Boulevard, located on the south side of Southwestern Boulevard, west of Taylor Road. Joseph DeMarco Jr. is requesting a Permit for a Cannabis Dispensary, Zoned I-1.
