Town Board to approve the Final Order establishing Town Wide Drainage and Stormwater Management District pursuant to Article 12-A of the Town Law of the State of New York. 2. Town Board to approve the final payment and authorize release of retention for the Brush Mountain Community Bocce Ball Courts Project to Matt Kolo Excavating Inc. in the amount of $3,692.50. 3. Town Board to approve Change Order #1 to our contract with C & S Companies for the Community Activity Center Generator Installation Project. Town Board to approve an appointment of an Assistant in the Maintenance Department. 3. Town Board to approve the 2023 part-time Recreation appointments. 4. Town Board to approve the appointment of a seasonal help/Intern to the Engineering Department for a maximum of nine weeks. 5. Town Board to approve the appointment of a seasonal help/Intern four (4) days a week for four (4) hours a day to the Engineering Department for a maximum of nine (9) weeks. 6. Town Board to approve a change of employment status in the Police Department. 7. Town Board to approve the appointment of a Public Safety Dispatcher in the Orchard Park Police Department. 8. Town Board to approve a donation of funds to purchase updated lever sets for interior doors at the Community Activity Center. 9. Town Board to approve a donation of funds to purchase one additional key fob access module for the Community Activity Center. 10. Town Board to approve Bullriders BBQ & Mac Food Truck Permit. 11. Town Board to approve building permits for 5800 Armor Duells Road. 12. Town Board to approve the amended 2023 Employee Handbook. 13. Town Board to approve a Block Party Permit. 14. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing date for July 19, 2023 at 7:00PM regarding a “Special Exception Use Permit” to construct a “Royal Car Wash LLC” building at V/L, northeast corner of Milestrip & Abbott Roads, Zoned B-2, based on stipulations. 15. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning Board for review and recommendation:  Timbar Properties LLC, Timothy R. Wood, 2881 Southwestern Boulevard, located on the south side of Southwestern Boulevard, west of Angle Road, 3.69-Acres, Zoned B-3 & R-3. Applicant is requesting to rezone this property to entirely B-3, to erect a cold storage pole barn to store his snowplow equipment and tools.
