Town Board to approve the Highway Superintendent to advertise for sealed Bids for a 2021 or newer 2500HD or 3500HD 4WD Regular Cab with Service Body Truck. 2. Town Board to award the general contract for the Community Activity Center —Generators Installation Project to Greenauer Blacktop, Inc. 3. Town Board to award the general contract for the Community Activity Center — Door Openers Project to Imperial Door Controls, Inc.  4. Town Board to approve a award the electrical contract for the Community Activity Center — Door Openers Project to Stenzel Electrical Construction, Inc. 5. Town Board to award the electrical contract for the Community Activity Center —Generators Installation Project to Stenzel Electrical Construction, Inc. 6. Town Board to schedule a public information meeting for the Lakeview Avenue Reconstruction project on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 4:30-7:00 PM. 7. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to execute the Quote for 2 — 300KW natural gas generators from Cummins Sales and Service for the Community Activity Center — Generators Installation Project. 8. Town Board to award T&M contract for Thorn Avenue Duerr Road site snow dump site repairs and preparing site for survey and ball diamond needs. 9. Town Board to approve the Supervisor to sign the Letter of Authorization for Erie County Real Property Tax Unpaid Items. 10. Town Board to review the Planning Board’s recommendation to rezone 4038 California Road SBL#161.03-1-4 from R-4 Multi-Family to I-1 Industrial.
