Town Board to reapprove the presented Site Plan for 6131 Newton Road (SBL#184.00-4-13.121) V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VI NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve resolution to support all Law Enforcement Officers. 2. Town Board to appoint part-time staff to Recreation Department. 3. Town Board to award bid for the Orchard Meadows Tennis Court resurfacing. 4. Town Board to accept the results of the auction conducted by Auctions International to sell surplus town equipment, and authorize the Highway Superintendent to approve the sale of the surplus equipment. 5. Town Board to approve a resolution regarding: No Wind Farms in Orchard Park. 6. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing for addition to the Town Code regarding Wind Farms for April 17, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Orchard Park Municipal Center.  7. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning & Conservation Boards for their review and recommendation of the following request:  4956 & 4968 Chestnut Ridge Road, V/L north westerly corner of New Armor Duels and Chestnut Ridge Roads, Zoned B-2. Miranda Holdings, Inc. is requesting a “Special Exception Use Permit” to operate a Drive-through Service Facility. (SBL#’s 172.20-1-17 & 172.20-1-16) 8. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning & Conservation Boards for their review and recommendation of the following request:  200 Sterling Drive, located in the Sterling Park Industrial Center on the north side of Milestrip Road, south of Red Tail Drive, Zoned I-1. Community Healthcare Trust is requesting Site Plan Approval and a Building Permit to expand parking. (SBL#152.19-1- 23) 9. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning & Conservation Boards for their review and recommendation of the following request:  4297 & 4309 Abbott Road, located on the east side of Abbott Road, south of Big Tree Road, Route 20A, across from “Danny’s South” restaurant, Zoned B-2. Ellicott Development is requesting Site Plan Approval and a Building Permit to construct a proposed Convenience Store and Fueling Facility.
