Town Board to approve a Change Order to the 2024 Brush Contract. VI PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VII NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve a 2024 Commercial Parking Permit application. 2. Town Board to approve the Howl-O-Weenie 5K on October 26, 2024 at 10:30AM. 3. Town Board to approve a Block Party Permit for October 26, 2024. 4. Town Board to approve part time Seasonal staff to the Orchard Park Recreation Department. 5. Town Board to approve appointment to the Orchard Park Library Board of Trustees. 6. Town Board to authorize the execution of the 3rd year of the Town Wide collection, hauling, and disposal of tree/brush waste. 7. Town Board to approve the appointment of Ernest Matthews as a seasonal employee at the Compost Facility.  8. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign a professional service agreement with Appel Osborne Landscape Architecture, for a backstop, dugouts and fencing design for the Orchard Park Little League 90’ Baseball Diamond.
