Town Board to approve the final change order/final payment and authorize release of retention for the Berg Road Pump Station Reconstruction Project —General Contract to Ground Breaking Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $33,118.92. 2. Town Board to authorize the Town Attorney to proceed with dedication of the public improvements in the Quaker Lake Terrace Subdivision under PIP #2024-04 and authorize the Town Clerk to release the performance security in the amount of $110,000.00 3. Town Board to approve Change Order #1 to our Contract with F.A. Wellington Corp for the Brush Mountain Drainage Improvements Project. Town Board to approve the job posting for a GIS Specialist. 3. Town Board to authorize the purchase of 2 Chevy 2500HD Work Trucks  4. Town Board to authorize the purchase of 1 Chevy 3500HD Utility Truck. 5. Town Board to authorize the purchase of 1 Chevy 3500 Dump Truck. 6. Town Board to award the contract for the testing and repair of Town Owned Backflow Prevention Devices 2026 to John W. Danforth Co. 7. Town Board to approve Safe Streets for All Comprehensive Action Plan requirements and Match Commitment Resolution. 8. Town Board to approve the Traffic Order to replace the existing yield signs with a stop sign on Old Farm Road at the south intersections of Quaker Lake Terrace. 9. Town Board to approve Public Improvement Permit #2026-01 Manhole Installation and Private Utilities Improvement Permit PUIP #2026-01 for Maple Grove Apartments. 10. Town Board to approve the appointment of seasonal help intern to the Engineering Department for a maximum of three weeks. 11. Town Board to approve the budget transfer within the Garbage and Compost Fund. 12. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Little League. 13. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Rugby Club. 14. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Little Loop Football. 15. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2026 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Soccer Club. 16. Town Board to extend the appointment of Chief Greg Sheppard.
