Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release the $10,000.00 held in escrow under PIP#2024- 04 for the completion of split rail fencing work in the Quaker Lake Terrace Subdivision Project. V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VI NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to appoint the 2026 Seasonal part-time staff for the Orchard Park Recreation Department. 2. Town Board to appoint Cheryl Thompson as Seasonal Kitchen Assistant at the Orchard Park Senior Center. 3. Town Board to appoint Parma Caldwell as Seasonal Kitchen Assistant at the Orchard Park Senior Center. 4. Town Board to appoint Amanda Faust as a Seasonal part-time Clerk in the Planning Department. 5. Town Board to appoint Councilmember Gregory Bennett as Liaison to NYS Insurance Fund.  6. Town Board to approve the appointment of seasonal help to the Engineering Department, Gavin Forant for a maximum of 16 weeks. 7. Town Board to approve the appointment of seasonal help to the Engineering Department, Nolan Hochworter for a maximum of 16 weeks. 8. Town Board to approve Public Improvement Permit #2026-01 Manhole Installation and Private Utilities Improvement Permit PUIP #2026-01 for Maple Grove Apartments. 9. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the memorandum of Agreement for the Western New York Storm Water Coalition and authorize the payment of the annual membership participation fee of $2000 for 2026. 10. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign agreement with Passero Associated for professional services for the Abbott Road Speed Study Project. 11. Town Board to approve Floodplain Development Permit FDP#2026-01 for James Mosner #5349 Dennis Road for Stream bank stabilization down stream of Dennis Road Bridge Project. 12. Town Board to refer the following to the Planning and Conservation Board for its recommendation: • Regarding PB File # 10-26, 3392 North Benzing Road, located on the West side of North Benzing Road, north of Amanda Lane, Zoned_B-1. Quaker Crossing LLC is proposing a 10,000 square foot accessory building to store items for the maintenance of Quaker Crossing Plaza. This project was granted a Use Variance by the ZBA at its May 19, 2026 meeting. (SBL# 152.18-1-1) 13. Town Board to appoint Councilmember Julia Mombrea as the Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Grants Liaison.
