Under d. we need a comprehensive plan to remove certain pieces and relocate others which includes where to place Full Circle. A subcommittee might be the best way to put a proposal together for discussion at the May meeting. There are several moving parts. Everything else looks good. *This section of the agenda is provided for the public to express comments on items which do not appear on the agenda.
