Oroville Civil Service Monday, March 24, 2025 Meeting called to order at 4:30 pm by Chairman Joe King. Present: Commissioners Joe King, Mike Sibley, and Dusti Giroux Secretary, Chief Examiner: Emily Finsen Others present: N/A Absent: N/A Approval of the February 24, 2025 regular meeting and March 7, 2025 special meeting minutes. Motion by Mike to approve the minutes, second by Dusti, motion passed. Secretary Finsen shared the results of March 14th, 2025 Oral Boards. There was one passing applicant out of the two interviews conducted. Commission certified the scores. Letters of notice will be mailed to the applicants, and Chief Hirst will receive the packet of the passing applicant’s information. Next Regular Civil Service meeting scheduled to be held Monday, April 28, 2025. As there being no further business, motion by Mike to adjourn the meeting at 4:40 pm, second by Dusti; motion carried.
