Approval of Stipulation of Settlement RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the Stipulation of Settlement with Village of Ossining employee 6948 (last four digits of social security number); and be it further RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Village Manager are authorized to sign the aforementioned Stipulation of Settlement on behalf of the Village.
