Finance – Establishment of 2025 Police Vehicles Capital Project from 2024 General Fund Balance WHEREAS, Village management wishes to establish a capital project for one marked and two unmarked Police Vehicles which were presented as part of the Village’s 2025 Capital Plan, and designated to be financed by accumulated and available surplus fund balance as of December 31, 2024, now therefore be it RESOLVED, the Adopted Budget of the General Fund is modified in 2024 to appropriate unexpended appropriations, and/or accumulated and available fund balance for 2025 Capital Plan items aggregating $241,000.00, and that the capital project and capital project Special Meeting March 12, 2025 Page 1 of 2  budget be established, as follows: IV.
