I. CALL TO ORDER – PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – ROLL CALL
II. PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS
Visitors shall be accorded one (1) four (4) minute opportunity to address the Board on any of
the resolutions on the agenda.
III. VILLAGE BOARD RESOLUTIONS
A. Corporation Counsel- Authorizing settlement of litigation
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendations of the Corporation Counsel and the
village’s outside defense counsel, the Board of Trustees approves the settlement of the
case Jose Rifo and Myriam Molina v. Village of Ossining commenced in Supreme Court,
Westchester County under Index Number 54542/2018 for $15,000.00; and it is further
RESOLVED, that upon review by the Corporation Counsel of the General Release and
Stipulation of Discontinuance with Prejudice, the Village Treasurer is authorized to issue
a check in the amount of $15,000.00 payable to The Hilpert Law Offices, as attorneys for
Jose Rifo and Myriam Molina.

B. Ossining Police Department- Authorize Traffic and Software Use and Dissemination
Agreement
RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is
authorized to sign the TraCS (Traffic and Criminal Software) Use and Dissemination
Agreement between the New York State Police, Westchester County Department of
Public Safety as Lead Agency and the Village of Ossining as Participating Agency for a
term of five years (2026-2030); and be it further
RESOLVED, that it is the intention of the New York State Police (NYSP) to provide the
TraCS software to any police agency in New York State free of charge, based upon
NYSP support staff availability and the Lead Agency’s ability to self-support; and be it
further
RESOLVED, this is a renewal of the current five year agreement set to expire at the end
of 2025.
C. Ossining Police Department- Westchester County STOP-DWI Patrol/Datamaster Project
RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is
authorized to sign the agreement with the County of Westchester through the
Department of Public Safety Services for the village to participate in the Westchester
County STOP-DWI Patrol/Datamaster Project for a term of five years (2026-2030); and
be it further
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the agreement the village shall receive an amount not to
exceed $8,400 per year subject to thew County’s receipt of funds from New York State;
and be it further
RESOLVED, that is agreement is a renewal of the agreement scheduled to expire at the
end of 2025.
