Agreement with Fundamental Business Service, Inc RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is authorized to sign a parking enforcement management services agreement with Fundamental Business Service, Inc., 14 Front Street, Hempstead, New York (“FBS”) whereby FBS will provide services to the Village and the Town of Ossining Justice Court involving the processing and collection of parking tickets. Agreement with Emergency Shelter Partnership RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is authorized to sign an agreement with Emergency Shelter Partnership, P.O. Box 427, Mount Kisco, New York (Partnership) whereby the village will provide shower facilities at the community center for homeless individuals under the auspices of the Partnership. C. Purchase of new fire apparatus RESOLVED, that following review by the Corporation Counsel, the Village Manager is authorized to sign the agreement of sale for fire apparatus with Bull Dog Fire Apparatus, 4255 Albany Street, Albany, New York 12205 for the purchase of one KME Custom 103’ “Tuff Truck” Rear Mount Aerial.
