VILLAGE OF OWEGO HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Owego Historic Preservation Commission of the Village of Owego on Thursday, January 8, 2026 commencing at 7:00 p.m. at 22 Elm Street, Owego, New York to hear the following applications seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness:  Application requesting to remove old roof, brick repair, repointing, painting, second floor addition in rear of building at 62-64 North Avenue, Owego, New York Notice is further given that the environmental significance, if any, of the application will be reviewed incident to, and as a part of, said public hearing. Any person shall have an opportunity to be heard upon said proposed application, a copy of which is available for review at the Village Department of Public Works, 22 Elm Street, Owego, New York. Interested parties are entitled to be heard upon said application at such public hearing. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be submitted prior to the public hearing by contacting the undersigned.
