Box 339 (410) 226-5122 Oxford, Maryland 21654 Oxford Ethics Council Oxford Ethics Council Meeting Minutes June 11th, 2026 Present Attending the meeting were Mary Klair, Eva Smorzaniuk, Town Manager Holly Wahl, and Town Clerk Ashley Samonisky. Town Manager Holly Wahl advised that one Candidate has been interviewed for the open seat on the Ethics Council. Meeting Minutes • Meeting Minutes Approval for April 30th, 2026. • Eva Smorzaniuk made a motion to approve the meeting minutes; Mary Klair seconded the motion. All were in favor, the motion carried. Old Business • Workshop Draft Ethics Code Section from Town Commissioners • Discussion of formatting/organization was held. The full work session can be viewed on Town Hall Streams •Began reviewing FY25 disclosure forms. • Ethic Council approved all forms submitted to date. Adjourn • Eva Smorzaniuk made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Mary Klair seconded the motion.
