VILLAGE OF OXFORD MARQUETTE COUNTY, WI PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Review of the Village of Oxford will have it’s first meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM and will meet for a minimum of two hours, in the Council Room of the Oxford Village Hall, 129 S. Franklin Avenue. A quorum of the Village Board will be present. AGENDA 1. Call to Order by Clerk 2. Roll Call 3. Confirmation of Appropriate Board of Review and Open Meeting Notices 4. Verify a Member has Met Board of Review Certification Requirements 5. Select a Chairperson for Board of Review 6. Select a Vice-Chairperson for Board of Review 7. Review and Approval of Printed Minutes of July 18, 2024 8. Discussion/Action – Certify all Corrections of Error Under State Law (sec. 70.43, Wis. Stats.) 9. Discussion/Action – Verify with the Assessor that Open Book Changes are Included in the Assessment Roll 10. Receipt of the Assessment Roll by Clerk from the Assessor 11. Receive the Assessment Roll and Sworn Statements from the Clerk 12. Allow Tax Payers to Examine Assessment Data 13. Review Notices of Intent to File Objection 14.
