PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE OF OXFORD PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING September 26, 2022 6:00 PM Village President, Erwin Meyer, called the meeting to order at 6:10 PM in the Council Room of the Oxford Village Hall, 129 S. Franklin Ave., Oxford, WI. Planning & Zoning Commission Members Gary Sorensen, William Martin, Sherwin Lloyd, and Jim White were in attendance. Not in attendance was Commission Member Loretta Drinkwater. Also in attendance was Tyler Bergstrom. Motion was made by Sorensen/Martin to approve the agenda as printed. Motion carried. Motion was made by Sorensen/Martin to approve the minutes of the February 17, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting as printed. Motion carried. Tyler Bergstrom, of Bergstrom Land Surveying, presented a proposed CSM (Certified Survey Map) for 728 E. Chauncey St., Parcel No. 6500150802210. The property owner, Flora Zink, has submitted a letter to the Village requesting the CSM, which would divide her property into two separate parcels, be approved by the Village. The intent is to build another house on the lot left with only accessory structures. The Commission reviewed the CSM and determined the dimensions met the lot size requirements of the Village’s zoning ordinance. Motion was made by Lloyd/White to approve the CSM as presented with the owner being responsible for the filing with the Marquette County Register of Deeds and applicable filing fees and a new house established on Lot 1 of the proposed CSM within two years of the date of this meeting. Motion carried. Motion was made by Sorensen/Martin to adjourn at 6:26 PM.
