PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE OF OXFORD PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING May 10, 2023 5:30 PM Village President, Erwin Meyer, called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM in the Council Room of the Oxford Village Hall, 129 S. Franklin Ave., Oxford, WI. Planning & Zoning Commission Members Loretta Drinkwater, Gary Sorensen, Jim White, Sherwin Lloyd, and William Martin were in attendance. Also in attendance were Thomas and Leslie Mason. Motion was made by Drinkwater/White to approve the agenda as printed. Motion carried. Motion was made by Sorensen/White to approve the minutes of the September 26, 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting as printed. Motion carried. Thomas and Leslie Mason presented plans for an accessory building at their property located at 630 S. Fandrich St. The property currently has two existing accessory structures, and they want to build a 14x16 greenhouse. Village Ordinance limits the number of accessory structures to two, unless the parcel is at least one acre in size and the Planning and Zoning Commission reviews and approves the request. (Ordinance 50-44(b)(8)) The parcel in question exceeds three acres. Motion was made by Lloyd/White to approve the plans for the 14x16 greenhouse accessory building at 630 S. Fandrich St. Motion carried. Motion was made by Drinkwater/Sorensen to adjourn at 5:40 PM.
