PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE OF OXFORD PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING October 4, 2023 6:00 PM Village President, Erwin Meyer, called the meeting to order at 6:10 PM in the Council Room of the Oxford Village Hall, 129 S. Franklin Ave., Oxford, WI. Planning & Zoning Commission Members Gary Sorensen, Loretta Drinkwater, Sherwin Lloyd, and Jim White were in attendance. Also in attendance were Dennis Zacharias and Kathy Terwelp. Motion was made by Drinkwater/Lloyd to approve the agenda as printed. Motion carried. Motion was made by Drinkwater/Lloyd to approve the minutes of the May 10, 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting as printed. Motion carried. A proposed CSM (Certified Survey Map) for 322 E. Chauncey Street, Parcel No. 6500150800100 (165-00009-0000), prepared by Grothman and Associates S.C. Professional Services for the Seventh Day Adventist Church, was presented. The CSM was drafted to resolve a discrepancy between the property real estate tax legal description and the County’s Register of Deeds records and geographic information system. Motion was made by Drinkwater/Lloyd to approve the CSM as presented with the property owner being responsible for the filing with the Marquette County Register of Deeds and any associated filing fees. Motion carried with Commission Member Sorensen abstaining from the vote. Motion was made by Lloyd/Drinkwater to adjourn at 6:21 PM.
