REPORTS 1. Cultural & Community Services Department SUBJECT: Update on Contract Negotiations with Sterling Venue Ventures and OPAC Nonprofit for Operations of the Oxnard Performing Arts & Convention Center (PACC). RECOMMENDATION: That the Community Services, Public Safety, Housing & Economic Development Committee: 1. Receive an update on the contract negotiations with Sterling Venue Ventures (Sterling) for facility operations of the “Theater” and future bookings of the “Meeting Rooms” at the Oxnard Performing Arts & Convention Center (PACC); 2. Provide feedback on the four outstanding items related to the contract negotiations with Sterling and the OPAC Nonprofit, and 3.
