Application of CNX Gas Company, LLC for property owned by Mark Tanis, Kiski Realty Company, and Christopher Vinkovich located at 645 Bollinger Road, Apollo, PA, 15613, in the A Zoning District. The applicant is requesting a conditional use pursuant to Township Zoning Ordinance 2- 89 from the requirements of Chapter 27 of the Township Zoning Ordinance, which provides for permitted uses in the A Zoning District to utilize the property for oil and gas exploration. 2. Application of CNX Gas Company, LLC for property owned by Deborah S. Gutherie, Kiski Realty Company, and Anthony C. Posteraro located at 165 Hilty Road, Apollo, PA, 15613, in the A Zoning District. The applicant is requesting a conditional use pursuant to Township Zoning Ordinance 2- 89 from the requirements of Chapter 27 of the Township Zoning Ordinance, which provides for permitted uses in the A Zoning District to utilize the property for oil and gas exploration.
