Old Business: None New Business: 1. Resolution: To Accept the Project As Complete And Authorize Final Payment. Whereas, The Village Board accepts the project for the 2017 Kubota Tractor and the 2017 Case-Construction Loader as complete. 1 March 13, 2017 Whereas, The Village Board authorizes the final payment of said equipment. Village Board to adopt a Resolution to modify the current budget in the amount of $110,518.75 by transferring $61,000 from the DPW Equipment Reserve fund and $49,518.75 from the General Fund to the budget line item “A5110.2” DPW Equipment for the purchase of the Case-Construction Loader. Monies transferred from the General Fund will be reimbursed upon receipt of funds from the USDA Grant. I move the adoption of the Resolution to modify the current budget: _____________. 3. Village of Painted Post to hold Village elections on March 21, 2017 from12:00pm to 9:00pm here at 261 Steuben St., Painted Post to elect one Trustee for a one year term. 4. Village to adopt a Resolution authorizing the Village Clerk to set up a Reserve Account for Fire Department Turnout Gear/SCBA Equipment. I move the adoption of the Resolution to establish a reserve account for the FD Turnout Gear/SCBS equipment ______________________________. 5. Village Board to adopt a Resolution that establishes the “Standard Work Day” for the position of Automotive Mechanic per the NYS Retirement System. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Painted Post has established the “Standard Work Day” for the appointed official based on the record of activities maintained and submitted by the official to the clerk. I move the adoption of the above Resolution ____________________________. 6. The Village Board is currently planning to hold two budget workshops this year. The first workshop will be scheduled at 3:00pm on Friday, March 17, 2017 and the second to be held at 3:00pm on Friday, March 24, 2017. Both will be posted in the paper. 7.
