MEETING MINUTES JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING OF TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT(S) NO. 3 IN THE VILLAGE OF PALMYRA, WISCONSIN July 22, 2024 12:00 PM Palmyra Village Hall, 100 W Taft Street, Palmyra, WI 1. The meeting was called to order by Clerk Mueller at 12:00 pm. Roll call: Linda Plennes-citizen, Kathy Weiss-Village President, Ryan Krohn-PEASD Rep., Michale Luckey-Jefferson County Rep., and Kristine Golz-WCTC Rep.-all present. 2. Motion by Luckey, 2nd by Weiss to appoint Linda Plennes as the Citizen Member. All ayes-motion carried. Weiss/Luckey motion to appoint Ryan Krohn as the Chairperson All ayes-motion carried. 3. Luckey/Weiss motion to approve the Minutes from September 25, 2023. All ayes- motion carried. 4. The Annual TID No. 3 Report was reviewed, the Clerk went over the expenses and reviews with everyone. No further discussion. Golz/Luckey motion to approve the TID 3 annual report as presented. All ayes-motion carried. 5. Golz/Weiss motion to adjourn at 12:08 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
