Discussion/possible action on Initiating collective bargaining with the Village of Palmyra Protective Service Officers Association WPPA 2. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Personnel Committee of the Village of Palmyra may convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and WI Statute 111.17. 3. You are further notified that at the end of the Closed Session, the Personnel Committee may convene in open session pursuant to §19.85(2), Stats., for possible additional discussion and action concerning any matter discussed.
