Possible transition to the Administrative Assistant role. B. Review timeline, responsibilities, succession planning, and continuity of operations. 2. Fire/EMS Division Personnel & Operational Concerns A. Review employee survey feedback. B. Promotional practices and organizational structure. C. Appropriate use of ranks/titles on uniforms, helmets, and official communications. D. Staffing concerns and operational coverage. 3. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Personnel Committee of the Village of Palmyra may convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, Personnel investigations and employee conduct, Personnel licensure and certification compliance, Employee performance, probationary status, and disciplinary matters, Recruitment, hiring, retention, and staffing of Fire/EMS paid-on-call personnel, EMTs, drivers, and other qualified applicants, and other personnel matters as permitted under Wis. Statute 19.85(1)(c). 4. You are further notified that at the end of the Closed Session, the Board may convene in open session pursuant to §19.85(2), Stats., for possible additional discussion and action concerning any matter discussed.
