MEETING MINUTES
Village of Palmyra
PLAN COMMISSION
Wednesday March 18, 2026
6:00 p.m.
100 W. Taft St.
The meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm by Chairperson Tim Gorsegner. Roll call:
Holcomb, Ball, Gorsegner-present. Scheffner-excused. Dooley-absent.
Approval of Minutes: Holcomb/Ball motion to approve the meeting minutes from
January 21, 2026. All ayes-motion carried.
Public Hearing:
The Commission will take comments on the proposed text amendments to the Village of Palmyra
Zoning & Development Code (Chapter 17) of the Village of Palmyra Municipal Code of
Ordinances. Specifically, repealing the entire Section 17.17(4)(f)(2). No comments, public
hearing closed.
New Business:
1. Ball/Holcomb motion to approve the Plan of Operations for A.J. Anich Lumber &
Pal Steel Co. at 212 S. Third St. Palmyra, WI. as presented. All ayes-motion
carried.
2. Holcomb/Ball motion to recommend to the Village Board Ordinance 2026-04,
amending a portion of Ch. 17, by repealing Section 17.17(4)(f)(2). This is to be in
compliance with Act 68. All ayes-motion carried.
Ball/Holcomb motion to adjourn at 6:07 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
