City of Palouse City Council Meeting January 14, 2025 | 7 PM Palouse Community Center 220 E. Main St. | Palouse, WA 99161 Engaging with City Council In-Person Meetings are held in-person in Council Chambers at Palouse City Hall, 120 E. Main St., on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7 PM. Occasionally, meetings are held in an alternate location such as the Palouse Community Center to accommodate larger crowds. To speak during a Public Hearing or Open Forum, advance registration is required. Sign-up sheets are available prior to the start of the Council meeting and registration closes when the meeting begins at 7 PM. In accordance with the Palouse City Council Rules of Procedure, those wishing to speak in Open Forum must first be recognized by the chair. The speaker must state their name and the subject of their comments and is subject to a three (3) - minute limitation. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member thereof. Personal, impolite, disrespectful or slanderous remarks are discouraged when addressing the Council. Any person who shall become boisterous while addressing the Council, or whose actions render the orderly conduct of the meeting infeasible, may be requested to leave the meeting and may be barred from further audience before the Council during that Council meeting by the chair. The chair will determine the disposition of the issue (information only, place on present agenda, workshop, a future agenda, assign to staff, assign to Council Committee or do not consider).
