REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call a special council meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to be held at the Paola Public Works Building at 29370 Old KC Road in Paola on October 7, 2008 at 6:30 pm, for the following purpose: y Meet with the Paola Free Library Board to discuss the future plans for the Library. y Review & discuss the rental and use policy for the Paola Firehouse Gym. y Discuss the replacement of the water line along Industrial Park Drive. y Other. y Executive Session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters of non- elected personnel.
