REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call a Special Meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to be held on Monday, October 12, 2009 as follows: A joint meeting with the Miami County Commission and the Governing Body of the City of Louisburg at 6:30 pm at the Commission Meeting Room at the Miami County Administration Building at 201 S Pearl Street in Paola for the following purpose: • Discussion regarding the K-68 Corridor Study and Agreement with the Kansas Department of Transportation • Other.
