REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call special meetings of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to attend the following events: • Attend the Elected Officials and Leadership Dinner sponsored by the Miami County Economic Development Department to be held at the Osawatomie High School at 1200 Trojan Drive in Osawatomie, KS on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 6:00 pm, including travel to and from the event. • Attend the 2011 Regional Supper sponsored by the League of Kansas Municipalities to be held at the Lodge at City Park at 4800 Town Center Drive in Leawood, KS on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 5:30 pm, including travel to and from the event.
