Approval of minutes of the meeting of February 12, 2013. b. Approval of Salary Ordinance 13-4. c. Approval of Appropriation Ordinance No 746. Action - Motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented and authorize the Mayor to sign. 5. REPORTS OF OFFICERS, BOARDS AND COMMITTEES a. Consider a Resolution restricting parking along Panther Drive near Paola High School. Action – Motion to approve/not approve A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE OFFICIAL TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE SCHEDULES FOR THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS. (Resolution No 2013-004) b. Consider bids for the purchase of a new rotary cutter for the Public Works Department. Action – Motion to accept/not accept the bid from Coleman Equipment in the amount of $9,130.00 for the purchase of a 2013 Rhino TS12 for the Public Works Department.
