REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call special meetings of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to attend the following events: • Attend the 2013 Elected Officials and Leadership Dinner sponsored by the Miami County Economic Development Department to be held at the Louisburg Middle School at 505 E Amity in Louisburg, KS on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 6:00 pm, including travel to and from the event. • Attend the 2013 Regional Supper sponsored by the League of Kansas Municipalities to be held at the Dark Horse Distillery at 11740 W 86th Terrace in Lenexa, KS on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 5:30 pm, including travel to and from the event.
