REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR, ARTIE STUTEVILLE, OF THE CITY OF PAOLA, KANSAS: We, the undersigned being duly elected, qualified, and acting Councilmembers of the City of Paola, Kansas, hereby respectfully request you to call a Special Work Study Meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Paola, Kansas to be held in the Second Floor Conference Room at Paola City Hall at 19 E Peoria Street in Paola on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 6:00 pm, for the following purpose:  Review of the preliminary 2018 Street Improvement Program.  Discuss the paving of brick streets.  Discuss improvements to the parking lot north of City Hall.  Discuss water rates and project funding.  Review equipment replacement proposals for Public Works: o Wastewater/Sewer o Mower Replacement o Loader  Project review.  Other.
