Discuss the proposed 2020 Budget. b. Consider the 2020 Budget Notice of Public Hearing to be set for August 13, 2019. Action - Motion to approve the proposed 2020 Budget for publication at $15,314,618 and set August 13, 2019 as the date for the budget public hearing. 4.
