RES. R16-0002 – PUBLIC HEARING AND VOTE - A resolution to approve a Preliminary Plat for the property legally described as that part of the N ½ of the SE ¼, the S ½ of the NE ¼, the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 24, T14N, R12E and that part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 19, T14N, R13E, all of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, generally located northeast of 66th Street and Harvest Drive. RES. R16-0006 - A resolution to approve the placement of a proposed one-half of one percent (½%) increase in the City of Papillion’s Local Sales and Use Tax Rate (Local Option Sales Tax) on the May 10, 2016, Primary Election Ballot for recreational and parks facilities and related improvements; and Community Center and related facilities, parking and road appurtenances – Dan Hoins – 597-2029 6. R16-0007 – PUBLIC HEARING AND VOTE - A resolution to approve a Special Use Permit to allow Food Sales (Convenience) as a permitted use on the property legally described as the SW portion of Tax Lots A1B1A, A1B1C, and A1B1D and all of Tax Lot A1B1B, Section 23, T14N, R12E, generally located at the NE Corner of 84th Street and Hogan Drive.
