R16-0090 – PUBLIC HEARING AND VOTE - A resolution to approve a Preliminary Plat for the property legally described as a tract of land located in part of the S1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 29, and together with Lincoln Road right-of-way located in part of the SE1/4 of said Section 29; both located in T14N, R12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE, generally located at the NE corner of 114th Street and Lincoln Road.
