ORD. 1760 – An ordinance to amend §205-155(B)(2)(k) of the Papillion Municipal Code having to do with filling of the floodway fringe to encompass the Southern Sarpy Creek system – Mark Stursma – 597-2077 2 2. ORD. 1761 – An ordinance to approve a Change of Zone from GC (General Commercial) and RE (Rural Residential Estates) to MU (Mixed Use) for the property legally described as a platting of part of the S ½ of the SE ¼ and part of the SW ¼ of Section 26, T14N, R11E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska generally located north of Highway 370 between I-80 and Highway 50. The applicant is 370 North, LLC. (370 North) – Mark Stursma – 597-2077 E. ORDINANCES SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARINGS F. ORDINANCES THIRD READING AND RESOLUTIONS 1. RES. R17-0002 – PUBLIC HEARING AND VOTE – A resolution to approve a Special Use Permit to allow Truck Terminal as a permitted use on the property legally described as Lot 2, Hilltop Industrial Park Replat 6, generally located at 13427 Lynam Drive. R17-0009 – A resolution to approve the dedication of street right-of-way from the Papio-Missouri Natural Resource District for eight (8) portions of S 132nd Street located between Lincoln Road and Cornhusker Road – Mark Stursma – 597-2077 3. RES. R17-0010 - A resolution to approve the dedication of street right-of-way from the Papio-Missouri Natural Resource District for a portion of Lincoln Road located between S 126th Street and S 132nd Street – Mark Stursma – 597-2077 4. RES. R17-0011 – A resolution to approve the dedication of a sanitary sewer easement from the Papio-Missouri Natural Resource District pursuant to the West Papillion Flood Control Interlocal Agreement – Mark Stursma – 597-2077 5. R17-0012 - A resolution to approve the dedication of storm sewer easements from the Papio-Missouri Natural Resource District for an existing storm sewer constructed as part of the Lincoln Road extension between 126th Street and 132nd Street – Mark Stursma – 597-2077 G.
