1. RES. R17-0099 – A resolution to approve the appointment of Christine Myers as City

2. ORD. 1764 – An ordinance to amend § 205-249(C)(4) of Chapter 205 Zoning, Article
XXXVI Off-Street Parking having to do with the parking of recreational vehicles on a
single lot in a residential district; and to provide for an effective date – Mark Stursma –
597-2077
A. Amendment #1 – “Box” Method. Create a standard maximum dimension of 20’
length, 12’ height, and 10’ width for permitted parking of Recreational Vehicles and
Trailers in residentially zoned districts.
B. Amendment #2 – Special Designated Recreational Vehicle Parking Permit
(SDRVPP). Create a waiver process to allow current owners of Class B or Class C
motor homes that were titled prior to the adoption date of this ordinance to apply for
a permit to continue to allow that particular vehicle to be parked on that property.
C. Amendment #3 – Loading/Unloading. Amend the time allowed for loading and
unloading of recreational vehicles and trailers.
