ORD.1734 – An ordinance to approve a Change of Zone from AG (Agricultural) to R-3 PUD-2 (Urban Family with a PUD-2 Overlay) and MU (Mixed Use) for the property legally described as a tract of land being Lots 1, 2 and 3, Henry's Highlands Replat I, a subdivision located in the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 30, together with part of said SE1/4 of said SW1/4 of Section 30 and also part of the NE1/4 of said SW1/4 of Section 30, all located in Township 14 North, Range 12 East of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, generally located on the NW Corner of 126th Street and HWY 370.
