Town of Paradise Agenda/Notice of Special Meeting 5:00 PM – August 11, 2026 Doug LaMalfa Town Council Chambers - 5555 Skyway, Paradise, CA PARADISE TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE/AGENDA 5:00 P.M. – August 11, 2026 NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, that at the call of the Mayor of the Paradise Town Council a special meeting has been set for 5:00 p.m., August 11, 2026, in the Doug LaMalfa Town Chambers at 5555 Skyway, Paradise, for the following purpose: 2. CLOSED SESSION 2a. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Council will meet with Real Property Negotiators, Town Manager and Town Attorney, regarding the following properties: APN. 053-260-080, 053-260-096, 053-260-098, 050-450-008, 054-210- 015, 054-210-016, 050-450-023, 053-260-027, 050-052-078, 050-450-001, 050-082- 023, 050-013-050. The negotiators for the property owner(s) are unknown at this time. 2b. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Council will meet with Real Property Negotiators, Town Manager and Town Attorney, regarding the following properties: APN: TBD. The negotiators for the property owner(s) are unknown at this time. 2c. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a), the Council will meet with the Town Manager, and the Town Attorney relating to existing condition: Scott, et al., v. Town of Paradise, Butte County Superior Court Case No. 25CV01702. Members of the public may address the Town Council only on items listed on the special meeting agenda. The Council is prohibited by law from considering any other business at this meeting.
