EXECUTIVE SESSION 22-319 Discussion and consultation, as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3), with the Town Attorney for legal advice regarding statutory limitations on regulating cellular communications facilities. 22-311 The Town Council may go into executive session at one or more times during the meeting as needed to confer with the Town Attorney for legal advice regarding any of the items listed on the agenda as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3). 3. STUDY SESSION ITEMS - IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE EXECUTIVE SESSION The Study Session is open to the public for viewing, and the following items are scheduled for discussion among the Council, Staff, and their designees. Recommendation: authorize Town participation in and administrative support for the Town of Paradise Valley Seventeenth Annual Veterans’ Appreciation Vintage Car Show; and authorize the Town Manager to purchase equipment for a portable audio system for use during the car show and for future Town events.
