EXECUTIVE SESSION 25-025 The Town Council may go into executive session at one or more times during the meeting as needed to confer with the Town Attorney for legal advice regarding any of the items listed on the agenda as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3). 3. Please fill out a Speaker Request form prior to the start of the meeting and indicate which item you would like to address. 25-031 Discussion and Possible Action to Approve a Linking Agreement with MR Tanner Development and Construction, LLC for Street Maintenance Services Recommendation: Authorize implementation of the Fiscal Year 2024/25 Pavement Preservation Program that includes- 40th St, Lincoln Dr and a portion of Section 2; approve expenditure of funds from the Pavement Management Budget - Highway Users Revenue Fund (HURF); authorize the Town Manager to execute CON-25-031-PBW, with M.R. Tanner, including related job orders in the amount of $1,742,906.70 for FY 25 and $4,341,915.55 for FY 26 pending Town Council approval of FY 26 HURF Budget.
